We went to another hotel on the other side of town presumably to pick up other passengers - they were presumably no shows but there was no explanation. After a brief tour of the markets we navigated back to the same hotel to pick up a couple who by now were presumably an hour late in a 3 hour tour - again no explanations or apologies or introductions.
