“Great transfer. Car was clean and driver communicated clearly and easily with us before arrival. Easy drop off and happy to help with our bags at the hotel as well. Not a negative on the company, but a heads up for other travellers. There is a dodgy “helper” at Cusco Airport who looks for names on driver signboards, runs inside to pretend he’s your driver, and demands tips for taking your bags from the baggage belt to your actual driver or taxi. He’s pretty aggressive so just be prepared to avoid him. The legitimate drivers all wait outside the terminal in the carpark, anyone inside is likely to be suspect.”
